At TalkInn 2019, during the first panel “Old Banks vs New Banks,” experts and industry leaders discussed new models of customer relationship. At the heart of the debate: AI, data as the true value, and digital evolution transforming the bank from a product provider to a relational partner.

At Terrazza Martini, the event “Armundia TalkInn – Vision and Innovation” brought together finance experts to explore the digital transformation of banks and insurance sectors. Among Fintech and Insurtech strategies and new service models, the focus was on continuous innovation, the centrality of the individual and the future of the industry.
