TalkInn 2019 explored the theme of digital transformation in the Italian banking and insurance sectors, analysing the evolution of interaction models between traditional banks and new digital players. The debate revolved around the innovative push towards comprehensive advisory services by banks and insurance companies, as well as the organisational changes and the evolution of processes and skill sets required by native digital innovation. Three roundtables focused on fostering a culture of innovation that does not place products or services at the centre, but rather the people, their values, and needs, with vision and inspiration.
